Lidia Stepinska CFI (002)
Lidia Stępińska-Ustasiak, PhD Head of Unit for International Cooperation and Partnerships as well as Research and Operations Manager at the Centre for Foresight and Internationalisation
Previously deputy director of the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE). She has been responsible for collaboration with the United Nations agencies (ITU, UNESCO), OECD and other international organizations. Sociologist focused on the social impact of technology, digital skills and implications of ICT for human and institutional capacity building (Science and Technology Studies) with 20 years of experience in public policy and international affairs gathered in the private sector, public administration and academia.

Kuba Ruciński Research and Operation Specialist at Łukasiewicz - Centre for Foresight and Internationalisation
He has bachelor’s degree in philosophy and is currently in process of submitting his master’s thesis at Bioethics course on University of Warsaw. Experienced both In field of Grant cooperation and operational processes of said activities. His research interests cover fields of bioethics, research ethics, philosophy, symbolic interpretations and geopolitics.
Katarzyna Komerska Senior Research and Operations Specialist at the Centre for Foresight and Internationalisation
She graduated from University of Łódź (European Studies), post-diploma studies on Bioethics (University of Warsaw) and on Noncommercial clinical trials - planning, executing and management (organised by Medical Research Agency and Medical University in Wroclaw). Previously a specialist in the Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology in Warsaw, responsible i. a. for audit of false-negative results in cervical cancer screening. Co-author of several publications regarding cervical cancer prevention.
Leena Sarvaranta, PhD Tech Expert at the Centre for Foresight and Internationalisation
EU Affairs Advisor at the Centre for Foresight and Internationalisation (CFI) of the Łukasiewicz Research Network in Poland. She was employed by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland until 2021, with several research and management positions over the years. Her work as Head of EU Affairs (2007-2021) was to guide VTT towards European collaboration.
