announces a competition for the position of:

SENIOR SPECIALIST IN FORESIGHT AND KNOWLEDGE CO-CREATION

Referention numer: CFI/2/05/2022/BG

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

• support in preparing scientific content for the CFI (prioritization, support, discussions, application of foresight tools, concepts and methods),
• support in scanning and mapping EU Horizon calls of relevance for Łukasiewicz Network. Call decomposition, defining key features, mapping destinations and outcomes. Preparation of canvas,
• supporting ŁRN Institutes in the process of applying for European and international proposals, together with foreign and domestic Research Centers and Universities,
• support in developing, jointly with Łukasiewicz Research Groups, an effective model for the use of technological foresight methods. Developing the framework for the Łukasiewicz Programs in the foresight methodology,
• coordination of research activities in the field of innovation policy, decision-making and strategic foresight and management for transformative innovation system and sustainable socjety,
• active role in supporting our research agenda and offering,
• managing, preparing and implementing high ambitious research projects (both national and EU Horizon),
• active participation in customer work and relations,
• foresight and/or impact evaluation,
• application of foresight and impact evaluation methods to support policy- and decision-makers to navigate in uncertainty is an additional asset,
• support in increasing the effectiveness of the Łukasiewicz Research Network in acquiring EU projects from Europe.

Expectations:

• MSc in STEM, a PhD in foresight, futures studies or strategy and innovation/business is welcome,
• good knowledge of Google Documents, MS Office, MS Teams,
• knowledge of English - level C1,
• knowledge of Spanish, German, Italian or French – desirable,
• very good organization of own work,
• highly developed communication skills and ability to work in a team,
• ability to perform multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
